It is with great pleasure that I am able to invite everyone to join us at Virginia Tech in a session of knowledge, theory, and understanding in the form of Hip Hop. On October 18, 2023 we will be hosting Kozmik Force for a few events.

Kozmik Force is a Hip Hop duo composed of Jag Arreola and Native Threat. They are from the Inland Empire in southern California — ancestral territories of the Yuhaviatam, Kizh Tongva, Cahuilla peoples.

Their music highlights a strong commitment to sobriety, decolonization, and the push for liberation for all marginalized peoples from a Pro-Chicano — Pro-Indigenous perspective.

They will be performing at Virginia Tech on October 18, 2023. They will also be engaging with the fine community over at Virginia Tech Digging in the Creates as well as participating in a round table discussion that same day.

The concert is free and open to the public and it will all go down in Haymarket Theater in the Squires Student Center at Virginia Tech. The concert will begin at 5pm and end around 6PM. Be sure to check out the panel Kozmik Force will be a part of if you have the time (see details below).

Here are some tracks to get you hyped for the concert:
