I will be presenting my paper: “Naming, Cleansing, Imbuing: Aztec Midwives and Infant Ablution Ceremonies in Early Colonial Mexico.” at the SECOLAS 2011conference. The conference is from March 16-19, 2011, and will be hosted at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
I am scheduled to present on Friday March, 18 from 10:00 – 11:30 A.M in session VI panel 2, entitled : “Indigenous Language and Practice: Cultural Meanings and Identity in Early Mexico”
